Hiei is 5' 3", He wears a white headband, his eyes are crimson, very large and slightly slanted. Living up to his classic villainous persona, he usually dresses entirely in black. He wears a long black cloak-like jacket (with a white collar) and black pants tucked into black boots. He wears a black (and sometimes pale blue) undershirt under the jacket. He frequently carries a ninjato-style sword with him that he keeps strapped across his back. He has naturally spiky dark black hair with a blueish tint and white highlights in the front. Despite his small size, he has a lean muscular build to him. With a dragon tattoo that now covers his right arm. Around Hiei's neck he wears a dragon pendant made of stone made by his mother the one thing he still has from her

Personality: Hiei prefers to keep a distance from others, so he often comes across as aloof and elusive. He has a rather cynical and even misanthropic view of the world around him

Background Info.
History:

Hiei's Beginning

Hiei was born from the Nara clan in Konoha. His Mother Shiori Nara had him at a late age and she was very loving of him until he desided to apply to the ninja academy. His father Dai Nara taught him the ways of the shadows as Hiei grew up. He went through the Ninja Academy but never realy found anyone he could play with or be friends with. So he ended up thinking very little of the people he met and knew. Hiei would always be on the receiving end of fights. his parents always thought he would get over it. After Hiei had graduated from the ninja academy he spent 2 years traveling wondering about the land and learning the basics and training for stronger jutsus. He traveled becase his parent split up and he felt that there was nothing else he could do. After traveling and not sending message that he was ok he was pernounced as dead by the Hokage to his parents.

Hiei's Return to Konoha

Hiei returned after another year of traveling without contact. When he returned he was stopped by people he had never met before and was imprisoned with in Konoha and was there for 2 days untill he had met with Hokage and the Hokage had aged so much Hiei barely realized it was him. They spoke for hours about what Hiei had been doing during the years. The Hokage had him released. They spent the next 2 days talking on and off of random crap, then Hiei asked of what happened to his parents? Hokage told him that when the Nine Tail attacked they had been killed. Hiei was shocked when he heard it. He then asked what happened to the Nine Tails, the hokage told him it had been sealed with in the son of the Fourth. after hearing this Hiei asked has he been killed? the Hokage replied "No he still resides in the village". After hearing this Hiei left the Hokage's office and the village of Konoha. Vowing to kill the Nine Tails.

Hiei's Savior

After leaving Konoha Hiei traveled again almost on the same path as he had traveled during his last travels for so long that Hiei had lost track of time. One day he was passing by a Inn and was stopped by a girl a little older than him and told he couldnt go through the mountains path. Hiei asked why not and the girl told him there is a demon in the pass that kills everyone that enters. Hiei said "not a problem for me" and headed for the pass thinking there no such thing as demons proably a bandit or someone. as he reaches the pass he begins sensing people around him but wasnt sure of the number. Then from nowhere a woman pops out saying "freeze stop right where u are". Hiei flips her off and continues on his path. Once Hiei reaches the top of the pass he starts to find something to eat then is attacked by someone he has never met, everything starts to get blury then Hiei passes out. next thing Hiei knows he's sitting in a bed when suddenly a woman wlks in an tells him "good ur awake eat this". Once she leaves Hiei checks himself make sure he is ok. Then he relizies the woman is back in the room, Hiei thinks "damn shes good". They talk for awhile then Hiei remembers he was attacked he asks how she had found him? She said she was the one that tried to stop him and he flipped her off, Hiei said "sorry" then explained the rest of what happened she had followed him and saved his life from the bandits that rampage the passage through the mountain, she then starts to explain who she is and what she's doing out here. This woman is Emi the Fifth Mizukage's daughter fom Kirigakure, Hiei thinks "damn realy"? Hiei ends up spending the next half a year with her then goes with her to Kirigakure.

Hiei's Appearence at Kirigakure

Hiei walks through the gates of Kirigakure with the daughter of the Fifth Mizukage. While there were together in the mountain Hiei fell for her, and her for him (love lol). After they arrive at Kirigakure Hiei meets with the Mizukage (Emi's mother) the Mizukage Greets them with a hug :hug: for Emi and a kiss :kiss:

on the cheek, then she asks Emi if this is him? Emi blushes and says "yes", then Hiei looks at Emi with a confused look

. the he reacives a hug to from the Mizukage and says "welcome to the family Hiei?" Hiei shrugs and says "thank you?"

(got a little carried away with the history but i hope this does i will add to it next time i update it)

You know I'm never going to approve a bio like that. When you make a bio based on the character and try to implement his history into your bio, you still need to make it fit in the Narutoverse, something you completely didn't do.

What is a Yagan eye? What is Dragon of the Darkness Flame? What is the Tear Stone? And what...demons? Remove every single trace of demon, demon Eight Hands and demon attacks -_-

Also according to your history you can't use shadows. I don't mind that but if you think saying that your father is a Nara is enough to say you can use shadows you're completely wrong. Shadow isn't a KG. An uchiha, even if he doesn't know he is one, can always awaken and train his Sharingan. However that's not the case with Nara, Akamachi, Yamanaka etc. because they don't have a KG. Those are clan specific techniques which only their clan knows, so only they can train it. In theory someone who isn't a Nara can learn it. Of course that's not allowed on NB and in the manga it's never going to happen as it are the families secrets.
You didn't give any reference that he was raised in Konoha nor that he was trained by someone from the Nara clan. Only that the father is a Nara, which has outside that no role in your history. So you don't have shadows according to your history.

Also if those daggers didn't got approved in the CJ-thread, remove them or make them normal daggers.

Asuma can have them because it's part of his character. Kisame always gets Samehada, but I'm not going to approve a bio in which someone makes a dino dagger with whom he can fuse to become a dino hybrid.

There's hell of a lot of difference between a normal weapon and a weapon you can focus chakra in. A weapon that conducts chakra is made out of a rare metal. Infuse it with wind and it can pierce solid rock with ease. Focus it with lightning and you can completely paralyze your opponents and cut through steel. I don't even need to make a drawing of what fire could do.

Asuma can have it because it's part of his bio. In the manga he only showed to conduct only wind through it. But here we can channel minimum five elements through it. From the moment a weapon can conduct chakra it becomes a custom weapon that has to be approved in the CJ thread.

And no I'm not going to allow to have you only channel one element.
