Looks:​

Hiei is very short and has spiked black hair that shows blue when the light hits it with an accent of green that he got from his father. He has deep red eyes, and a muscular build for his size. He is commonly seen in a black robe carrying his katana. Under the robe he wears a black torn off shirt which exposes his clan symbol tattooed on his left shoulder.

Personality:​

Hiei puts on the tough guy act but is actually a kind hearted person. He is the fiercest competitor and doesn’t back down from a challenge. He has an issue with people calling him short and can get fired up quite easily in that respect.

History:​

Hiei was born into the war-torn country of Amegakure and experienced the truths of war at a young age. Hiei’s father was from the Fūma clan and taught Hiei the ways of Shinobi from a very young age. As head of the Fūma clan Hiei’s father left for the war when Hiei was only 3, Hiei viewed his father as an idol and continued to practice every day and graduated from the ninja academy at the age of 5 and was considered a prodigy. His mother was killed during the 3rd Shinobi World War leaving him to fend for himself at the age of 5. The day his mother was killed Hiei took up his father’s Katana and vowed that he would become a beacon of light in the war torn country that he loved. Hiei left Amegakure in search of a sensei that could bring him the power he needed to achieve his goal. Hiei first sought out a ninja that his father had fought when he was younger, one of the legendary Sannin of the leaf, Jiraiya the Toad Sage. Hiei traveled from village to village for 3 years without a sign of Jiraiya and ended up returning to his homeland. Hiei returned to Amegakure just in time for the civil war that was started between the Akatsuki and the forces of Hanzo. Throughout the war Hiei gained recognition as a powerful shinobi and an even better swordsman. After the end of the war Hiei once again left Amegakure in search of the truth of peace, knowing that the “peace” in Amegakure would only be temporary.

it is infact a naruto clan, not much is known about them, but jiraiya said that he faced one, it's from the "tails of a gutsy ninja" series, and the fuma member he fought is the animal path of pain that jman kills and sends to konoha...
