Leaf and Cloud are a step above the rest. But I'd say Rock is currently the weakest. All they have is old man Onoki and Earth Sandwich guy. Kitsuchi maybe?

I also think the sand is the weakest but if a war broke out it would be pretty difficult for anyone to invade them

You know, any single sunagakure ninja is probably strong enough. However, when they have to save everyone else in the village, which is practically shaped like a crater, the leaf village did worse, because they were actually destroyed, while sand wasn't.

Being kazekage mean being strongest in all shinobis, and strongest kazekage means strongest shinobi of all, don't you get ?????

what? being the strongest kazekage means out of all the kazekages in the sand village, he was the strongest out of said kazekages. Not all shinobis .. . . The same goes for thestrongest hokage which means out of the 6 hokages the lef village had this one hokage was the strongest out of the 6 . .. . .are you high or something?

Every village is fodder relative to the hidden leaf.

If we assume the kage cancel each other out- this is what we get.

Suna- gets Temari- strong wind user + kankuro- puppet user who can now use sasori as a puppet

Kumo- killer b , Darui - black lightning + gyuki

Kiri- Ao- byuakugon + the kid with the seven ninja swordsman sword

Iwa- the lava user girl + her dad... Mountain earth Justu + lava style

Obviously, not counting the kage it the nameless fodder the weakest would be kirigakure.

In my opinion goes like this:

1) leaves
2) cloud
3) suna
4) Iwa
5) Kiri

Tsunade makes a crack wide enough, Mei will fall in too. Then its over from there. Not deadly enough for Tsunade who will probably be healing faster than the damage the corrosive mist makes. It was melting Sasuke's skin very slowly. Also point out how ineffective the mist can be in an open space and the more mist she makes to cover more ground the more chakra she uses.

Doesnt matter Tsunade outclasses Konan in taijustu so if Konan did come close she would not be able to cut her head off. Tsunade's punches may not kill Konan but it completely disperses her body.

If its needed but Tsunade can heal the damage from paper bombs.

Also I would rather not, base too biased thread would be pointless.

One Mei would not stand by and fall into crack if one is made she dodges the mist is still up and tsunade continues to burn in their.And saying it burned the susanno slow is not a argument as susanno is way more durable and mei keep the acidicity low so it wouldnt harm the other kages. So if she raised the levels tsunade would be trying to quickly regenerate he tisssue, skin, eyes, and muscles which would be very traumatizing and painful which i doubt she could handle.

And if tsunade punches konan and she disperses you know what happens next? she comes back together thats her ability lmao do you even know how konan fights?
