Nah, the village size is comparatively smaller than others, that's why it is considered to be weak besides that, i don't feel its a weak village, why ? Because the 3rd kazekage later turned into sasori's puppet was considered to be one of the strongest shinobi of all, which implies that village is not weak as it is considered, got it

Also , Garra have the advantage of the terrain over there. Plenty of big technqiues can be tossed left and right, such as the Tsunami of Sand and so forth.

The Third Kazekage was consider the strongest Kazekage not one of the strongest shinobi.When you compare the Third Kazekage and Kazekages in general to the Kages of other village The Third Kazekage and the Kazekage in General are weak.I mean, the Fifth Kazekage was fodderized by Orochimaru, Gaara lost to Diedara (even though he was protecting the village at the time, and The Third who was consider the strongest lost to Sasori.Just off the top of my head, both the

Onoki and Muu from the Hidden Stone would destroy any Kazekage in battle.
The Third Raikage, A(Fourth Raikage), and Killer Bee would destroy any Kazekage in battle
Hokages one through Sixth(Danzo included,Itachi and The Sannin would destroy any Kazekage in battle
2nd Mizukage, Fourth Mizukage, Kisame and possibly The Fifth Mizukage and Mangetsu would destroy any Kazekage in battle


When you think of it, there are a lot of shinobis from other village whose strength is above that of a Kazekage

no you cant say this.. tsunade is better at taijutsu fair enough.. however taijutsu doesnt really effect konan and mei can defend herself using acid mist and laying down a floor of lava around.. and can proceed to keep tusnade away with long range jutsu.. tsunade even is she can heal if she is continuously being targetting from long range aswell as being surrounded by acid mist and lava which will continuously erode her.. tsunade will eventually run out of chakra and wont be able to heal anymore.. doing so will also lower her life span anyways

Mei is a great ninja and has so much potential which people dont even think about

In the second fanbook (made by Kishi) in military strenght Suna has 2/5 and Kiri 3/5, at the rest (popultaion size and econmic strenght) they are equal (2/5)

I think the stone is the weakest .

Mei is a great ninja and has so much potential which people dont even think about

Tsunade is a senju/uzumaki. She has alot of chakra and a strong life force, plus her yin seal storage, she is not running out of chakra however her opponents will. Also she has one of the strongest summoning. She outclasses both.

I am not saying she is a bad ninja just that Tsunade has spot number 1.
