Like I was telling Hellsbadass, my understanding of it was that everyone reverted back to Genin -- Within the Village -- and need to work through the various sensei.

- All members start off with Genin Rank no matter how many posts they have.

- This new system ensures that all members will be trained if they wish and makes it a whole lot easier for a few.
- This also ensures everyone gets the right ammount of training.

But seeing as he also makes reference to the use of post counts as a requirement to move on to the next rank, then I would suspect that this doesn't effect your ranks outside of the village.. but I can't be quoted on that.
