I said decently good; people who rightfully have atleast jounin level prowess in what they do.
Part 1 Kabuto can slash with chakra scalpel, and Asuma already have cut Hidan's head. Sakura does not need kunai, she can gauge a hole in Hidan but need more taijutsu feats close to Tsunade, still i think she can beat him. Hinata is not in such levels (and it is doubtful if she can pack strength as much as these other ninja); same as part 1 weighted Lee.

Asuma only cut Hidan's head when Hidan was bounded by shadow possession. He can't do it without Hidan being bound. Part one Kabuto slashed Tsunade on multiple occasions but can't slice anyone in half. Not to mention Hidan's shown better agility and taijutsu than part one Tsunade and doesn't have to come close to his opponents unlike the likes of whom you posted. You said anyone decent at taijutsu, not very good at taijutsu. Anyone which chunin level taijutsu or above is decently good.
