Enma is only as hard as a diamond when he is in staff form. In his monkey form I think he has ordinary durability. As a pole, Enma can't do anything to Hidan so I guess Hidan does take it with low difficulty.

Not happening when Asuma needed Shikamaru to bind him to slice off his neck. Even Kakashi couldn't land a hit and was forced to evade/parry Hidan rather than go on the offensive.
