I can't believe you seriously believe Shino's pathetic speed and taijutsu can match Hidan's so he can actually touch him and plant his flesh eating bugs. Same goes for the the likes of part1 Kakashi and Kankuro.

Except Tobi wasn't even trying to dodge his pathetic bug cloud because he knew it won't do shit to him. Hidan was able to keep up with the sharingan, some random aburame fodder isn't beating him.
Part1 Kakashi has pathetic stamina feats. No to mention part2 Kakashi- with higher speed stats- was barely able to keep up with him. Suitons aren't damaging him, and Kakashi isn't cutting his head off simply because he isn't fast nor strong enough to do that. Asuma was able to decapitate him only because Shikamaru trapped him.

Kakashi himself highlights how hard it would be to escape from those bugs. I would rather take his words on how effective Shino's bugs are over yours.
How was Part 2 Kakashi "barely able to keep up" with Hidan? Show me the manga panels.
Don't have to. They just need to distract him long enough for Kakashi to cut his head off.
Lol. Shikamaru was able to both keep up with and nearly decapitate Hidan with a normal dagger. Yet a just as fast (and faster) Kakashi can't do the same?

Hidan will only beat: kakaashi Sai, Neji, Darui & Shino; knowledge doesn't really matter ITT
kakashi & darui since they cant outmaneuver him.
Neji cant do anything
Sai cant reliably hurt him from the air & cant win in CQC
Shino will get chased down on foot by a pissed Hidan, lulz
