Hidan Should Be Near Useless In A 1 On 1 Fight

No competent opponent will allow him time to draw bloood, make a circle, then make a triangle in that circle.

bro mifune wont allow hanzo a single hand sign but for some reason ninja who are just as fast as mifune (sasuke kakashi raikage naruto gai lee) all allow people to make them

This means they would also allow hidan to make his circle (also the circle is made quite fast)

Number of panels=/=Time when comparing two different scans depicting two different events. Saying that Hidan can draw a circle of blood, faster than a ninja can make 3 hand signs makes no sense at all.

Both events that I post shown nor explained the time. Both scans shown each panel time it takes. To say that Hidan's drawing his own seal is slow is to proof it that it is. Which no one has. People keep trying to explain it in detail/trying to make some logical sequence to proof their point which has shown to be flawed

Hidan only has taijutsu.

His only other ability he's shown takes a ton of time, and is impractical in a 1 On 1 fight.

His immortality is a joke. He's still as frail as a human, and can be crushed, sliced, buried, etc.

And shinobi Jonin or above can safely beat Hidan.

If his opponent has intel on his abilities, than yes. Tho there are a lot of Kage- high jounin shinobies who can defeat him even without intel.
