Sure they strong on the outside but inside them we cant said the same. Peoples trained to strengthen their outside body same as in real life. But no way people can train their heart, lung, kidney, liver, brain etc to get stronger or increase the durability of their internal organ.

Dont get your self blind here my friend when you saw Naruto can tanked Lava or somebody can tank some attack.

Look at Goku he can tank energy blast that can destroy planet but he cant tank heart attack

Same as hidan technique, he stab his own heart but the victim will feel the pain and will die afterward

Gotta admit Kakashi is a extraodinery ninja. The others are fodders against him. Madara, Sasuke, and Itachi would all lose to Hidan. Because they don't got Kakashi's swag to last as long.

Hidan can stab himself multiple times really fast. His stamina is high. He can stab his heart 100 times. How long can tsunade regenerate from that before her chakra can't sustain the regeneration ability? And it won't be too late for Hidan because with each stab in the chest, Tsunade would be on her knees coughing up blood. Sure, she can regenerate from that but how can she advance to Hidan when he keeps stabbing himself in the chest? what ends up happening is Tsunade would be on her knees coughing up blood for the next few hours. its gunna be just as bad as tsukuyomi.

I disagree again! On several points.

(1) Tsunade can operate with half of her body being chopped off. Her durability is amazing. A stabbed to the heart will not immobilize her. She can also use great forms of damage to take an opponent by surprise and go in for a secret assault using her amazing strength (ex. Madara, Orochimaru)

(2) Tsunade does not need to stop and cough up blood after taking damage from an assault, especially not with Strength of a Hundred active, so long as she is not at the end of her chakra level.

(3) Tsunade is known to be largely evasive; one flick of the ground or tap can cause a rumble and send Hidan off of balance, halting his movement and deferring him from but moments. All she needs is moments.

(4) Tsunade could also fight off Tsukuyomi, but I won't get into that. . . . All I'll say is she is a master of evasion, great at Taijutsu and a single tap of her palm can clear psychological damage within a split second. How much more would the chakra INSIDE of her protect her?
