2. what you are no getting is that madara's katon have both quantity and quality.

Chakra has been shown to withstand immense heat in the manga up until now. Saying regular fire will have a better effect at completely melting chakra which is dispersing the fire is deductive fallacy.

Flames that are red-orange will not reach a temperature beyond 900 degrees, and I am extremely high balling. Chakra has been shown to effortlessly sustain such temperatures.
amateratsu is made to eat chakra. DB says its heat is as hot as the sun, hopefully you aren't implying red flames are.
The shockwave packs a stronger directional force behind it, so I see no reason was to why Fire would have a stronger directional force, than a showcase that repelled the Juubi's tail.

Don't really care what you think to be honest, Katon isn't bypassing a Juubi sized Vacuum palm followed by a Kaiten, which has only been shown to be vulnerable to rapidly thrown solid attacks.
