Shikaku Nara would be a problem for Hiashi, especially with his intelligence. Though the Nara's only shine in the manga/anime, rather than through direct debates/matchups because we're not able to asses cause, and effect of their intelligence.

If Shikaku, and Hiashi were to fight canonically, his intelligence would > the physical superiority advantage, just like Shikamaru vs Hidan. The fight would indefinitely push Hiashi. Do you not realize that intelligence is one of the greatest tools a person can have? If you don't realize that intelligence makes up for being physically inferior, you're a fool.
