Welcome to the base well uchiha via sharingan can copy allmost any jutsu but only 5 elements max(only rennigan has all 6) which excludes special characters(Zanji Uchiha)who can use hyouton bloodline trait meaning he can use ice with out a source of snow around.But ice,and wood arent real elements as noted in naruto by kakashi and yamato during narutos wind training.
