That may be true but he has survived a fight with the first Hokage, can control All the tailed beasts in which he has eight of them as of current who says that those that are captured wasn't a ploy in which Madara can now use them all and also he has survived hundreds of years. No way in hell a scrub like Sasuke could beat him. He could have a jutsu that will begate the effects of the jutsu maybe a lightning attack of the same or a wind attack that negats it.
