It's called a signature and you need 10 posts to place one.

• You find a pic that you would like to have as your signature
• Host it on a site like imageshack, photobucket or even a NB album here.
• Grab the URL of the picture, go to User CP- > Edit Signature
• Place the url of your image in between the
