Hey guys here are some questions that we're dying to know their answers, I hope that kishimoto will answer them for us sometime.
IF YOU PLEASE HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT THE ANSWERS JUST SAY IT:
1) How did kakashi activate the MS?
2) How did nagato give the rennegan to the 6 peins?
3) Who is the character summoned by Kabuto using the edo tensei?
4) How did pein kill Hanzou?
5) How did the first and the second hokage die?

1.Kakashi is Konoha's infamous Copy Ninja. If you remember from the first season of Naruto, after the Third died, Itachi and that sharky dude infiltrated Konoha and Kakashi fought Itachi who then used the Mangekyo Sharingan on him. Kakashi lost miserably to Itachi and was hospitalized for a month or so. But through that he was able to figure out the trick to it and thus copy the genjutsu. Although he doesn't hold the same level of mastery over it as the Uchiha brothers.

2. Nagato gave the Peins and their summons the Rinnegan through the black rod like chakra receivers they all have embedded in their bodies.

1. No idea.
2. When Pain takes control of the bodies with those chakra rod things, the rings in their eyes just appear, sort of as a symbol of his control over them.
3. I think that it's Madara's dead brother who sacrificed himself for Madara.
4. Hanzou was probably old at the time, and Pain was uber powerful.
5. The First Hokage died in some sort of battle, likely. The Second Hokage died defending his squad of Ninja Students from a pursuing squad of I believe Mist Ninjas.

1) A character from Icha Icha Tactics must have died(Kakashi is crazy about it)

2) probably mixing it with his chakra....

3) Probably Madara's smelly corpes.... o.o

4) The same way he killed Jiraiya.... (ruthlessly and miserably U_U)

5) probably from the first shinobi war....
