hey all. i'm pretty new here. I'm not sure how to do anything yet. But i hope to make some friends, do rping, and other things too. if anyone has any advice or anything please feel free to talk to me.

Well first I'd join a group like the CKS, which can be found here
You must be registered for see links

Then decide what character you want to portray or just come up with your own.
You'll need a jutsu list but I think that will be between you and your sensei.

so do i just pick someone to play or what? I mean i have a made up i have been wanting to try but i'm not sure about all her jutsu's yet.
