With prep he can beat Tsunade , I think. Without prep he would go down quickly. He did a lot for the village. Naruto still consults him (shown in Gaiden). One of my Top 5 chars. He helped in achieving peace.

Take away the base of anyones fighting style after 40 years or so of them using it and they'd be in the same boat. If it works, keep using it. Kakashi still has potential compared to others, even with his handicap. Take away earth/particle style from Ohnoki and you get the picture..

Take away the core/specialty/basic go to's and the person is crippled. Was going to say, take away Sasuke's sharingan, Naruto's chakra reserves/Kurama, Sakura's chakra control (strength) but I didn't think I had to. I think Particle style was the reason for Ohnoki's flying too which he always used while fighting. You gonna try tell me he'd be perfectly okay without that?

Minato was Hokage way longer than Kakashi was and he also saved the Hidden leaf village from the Kyuubi , his son is the child of prophecy which also saved the hidden leaf village and achieved peace between villages. When you think about it Minato saved the Village in many ways/multiple wayzzzzz
