If I am honest, I have no idea. All I do know is that they are not allowed. But I still follow them because they are the rules.

They arent allowed because when they were we use to have problems with members getting flammed and so much trash talk. And its also hard to compare 2 different animes because of 2 very different abilities and different ways to die.
