[Discussion] Here's when Obito broke Madara's control

Obito never broke Madara's control, Minato did.

Minato cut Obito down, thus stopping the jutsu, but that couldn't have stopped the process of control/possession by Madara.

But, maybe I'm missing something. Can you explain?
