Just caught this when reading manga this morning. Here's some observations.
It confused me at first, because it seemed like Obito hadn't done anything and then magically became the jinchuuriki of the Juubi.
Look closely at the third panel. The Rikudou rods that sprouted out of Obito were suddenly ejected. Obito basically shot them out towards the arrow from Sasuke's Susanoo. That's how Obito defeated Madara's control. In panel 5 we see Madara's face as he realizes he failed. But, he doesn't seem surprised nor concerned about this.
My prediction: Madara is trying to keep Obito on track. He wants him to stay in the darkness. He seems to be angering him on purpose. I don't know why it's important for Obito to stay evil. Madara's true intentions are yet to be revealed, but I think infinite tsukuyomi is not it.
