It's not about Luffy fighting everyone as soon as possible, it's about the story, the characters, the world and the historyWell, I think that its drags on for a long time. It feels like its taking forever to get anywhere. Took forever for luffy to finally get to marine ford and to the new world. Now its been how long and we dont even know anything about the powers of the yonko, keeping in mind that its been a while since he actually entered the new world. He is just going to piss off one of them, its going to take a year for him to fight that one, then it will take another year to piss off the next one, and another year to fight it, then another 2 tears before he fights the 3rd yonko, then the marines are going to take shanks hostage or try and behead him or something like that and its going to take 3 years for that to end, then he is going to have to fight the heads of the world government, i swear it feels like its going to take another decade before this manga is over. ill be in my 30's...
It takes a couple of months for an ep to be made.I never understood why an anime can't catch up to the manga? how long does it take to animate an episode? There shouldn't be any problems with there being like a 1-4 week gap between the anime an the manga.
OT: I think that the manga should be at least two arcs ahead. That's like 100 chapters in op
Well, as i stated before thats the problem, its dragged on and there are literally hundreds of unanswered questions. So it will have to drag on more before it makes sense.Hahaha yeah,
but ya see, that's the problem. How far have you been reading the chapter / watching the episode? If you have reached to Dressrosa from the beginning, then you should be aware early on that the series is going to be longer, like another worth of decade to have it finished by then. Just imagine that with how things turn out currently, with a lot of theories and unanswered questions piled up, for suddenly Oda decide to end it next year or next three years. Think it's relevant to do so? I'd rather much wait for it regardless the time period. Another 10 years means i'm gonna be around thirties too, yet it won't stop me from keep on doing my personal hobby/interest, like how adults still watch cartoons nowadays.
Agreed, I can see Robin and Zorro having there own arc that lasts 2 years each, but that doesnt change the fact that it is long, very long. It's not about Luffy fighting everyone as soon as possible, it's about the story, the characters, the world and the history
Exactly xD, we can read a OP chapter in that time. It's around 4-6 mins btw, not 7. I don't think it was ever that bad.I hate the fact that we have to wait until the 7th minute for the episode to start
Mostly yeah , but I do remember times where I had to forward to 7mins.Exactly xD, we can read a OP chapter in that time. It's around 4-6 mins btw, not 7. I don't think it was ever that bad.
MF was the best arc in the anime, it was one of the best animated arcs. I don't think you can complain about being bored since it was mainly action. The only flaw was that it was censored.A good example of the terrible pacing was the marine ford war arc.
It took like 30 episodes and only 5min every week was new content. It felt eternal.
They should take a page from AOT or HxH for anime making. Those are solid.
