choji is fat and he has calore control jitsu
sasuke has saringan and tire element

Are you asking which characteristics of Minato were passed onto Naruto? Well definitely blonde hair but you do raise a fair point. Naruto is very soft on opponents while Minato was known for his merciless ability to kill, kinda polar opposites in that respect.

Naruto got few things from his dad....he only got the hair,the eyes and bravery...on the other side...he got good the things of his mom...the uzumaki bloodline,which allows him to be a jinchuruki and gives him massive chakra and stamina...and his love for food and stupidity
