What the heck do you mean? That what you posted is the actual PC. A PC Monitor is just a regular Screen.

i know that but in youtube when i look at how to hook the ps3 up to the pc so you can play ps3 on your computer and they keep sayin pc moniter and when i search it up it shows this type of pc

you must be talking about the PCs that are built into the monitor like the imac
they are called all in one PCs and
the deference is that in all in one PCs you sometimes don't get a DVI or HDMI in only and no HDMI out
this means your all in one PC can share it's screen on other viewing devices like other screens TVs and projectors
but you can't view your PS3 on them because it's only OUT and not IN
but normal screen have an HDMI IN but not an OUT which is what you need to view your PS3 with
this means you can use this screen with you desktop your PS3 even your all in one PC
