help with coloring

does anybody have any idea how i can color like this in photoshop ??

Basically, with a lot of experience and a good eye for art.

This person looks to have just used photoshop and brushing(The brush called airbrush 15 I think) for the colouring.

I think that guy used a tablet so if that guy tries to make it with a mouse he needs a LOAD of experience
P.S. Its not just a coloring that guy drew it

To be honest, using a tablet isn't much easier. Nothing is easier than traditional art though. Most people I know who do this draw an image on paper, scan it onto the computer and then open it up in photoshop.

Both.Not many artist go from start to finish in one go. They sketch out their ideas until they get it right.
