is it releated to settings,if so how an i change it??????

It'd be a great idea, but we don't have it here on NB. If you want to see if someone quoted you, you gotta get your ass back to that thread you posted in via "My posts".

Unless, it was your thread then click on "My threads"

Like members have stated, there is no notification feature for quotes. Sure, it'd be nice, but that isn't logistically feasible.
There are too many members for it to work without detrimentally impacting the functionality of the various NB servers.​
