Help on bios...

If i make a basic bio and learn techniques and then if i drop that bio for a new one will the techniques i learnt [i mean the basic e to c rank] will they remain with the new bio?

Yes,because you changed bio that doesnt mean that the BASIC,only nin,gen,tai and not KG or specials,dont get delivered to the other one...
