Madara had Susano'o before getting Izuna's eyes. Just like Sasuke could use Susano'o before getting Itachi's eyes.

Nope. Maybe Susano'o since pretty much everyone with MS we've seen had it. And maybe Tsukyomi since IT.

Amaterasu is not tho. It is a special doujutsu from itachi which he implanted in Sasuke with the forehead tap prior to death. No other characters other than those two have ever been shown using Amaterasu.
