So then to Rinnegan, ok so all purple Rinnegan have the basic paths, then a special one unique to the user. Sasuke's is teleportation, Madara's is limbo, Nagato's was shinra tensei?

Then Tomoe Rinnegan can infinite Tsukyomi as well as dimensional travel.

the way i understand it is.

all ms have the potential to learn all 3 jutsus and 1 unique jutsu

all rinnegan have the potential to learn all paths and possible a unique jutsu? nagato was using someone else's eyes which is probably why he didnt have a unique jutsu

Izuna never showed Susano'o. So only 5 known Susano'o users in the entire clan. Pretty rare.
