Help me create an interesting villain

the stoners will love this one lol. hemp release like the user can release toxins that makes anyone who breaths it become super intoxicated. the drawback being they themselves become intoxicated and it takes a huge toll on the lungs and brain of the user. the character themselves could always be shown smoking a pipe. he could be like a drunken boxer but with pot lol

Realm release= first the user has to have physcal contact with opponets chakra(can be hit by fireball jutsu and other jutsu), then after anyliyzing it he is able to feel what the persons greatest deasires are in a certain time frame ( if your fighting most of the time it is escaping or winning the battle) and is able to minupulate the universe so the all posiibles will result in the one possiblity NOT happening. so lets say they wanted to kill you, the only thing that can possibly happen is anyting "but" you dying.

waterfall villages secret kinjutsu= Minupulation of all living things, makes it esair to draw in chakra from the outside world (kinda like sage mode bt works with all kinds of chakra, normal, bijuu,nature etc.) all tha is required is to be fairly close to said object but phycical contact is not needed

Heat release: gives the user complete control over heat in all forms.allowing the user to manipulate fire, lava, and steam to create any attacks or defenses..
couple jutsu: heat release: armor, heat release: palm spear, heat release: steam mist, and heat release: evaporate ..

Guardians of Light, also known as Spiritual or Higher Beings, is a clan that manipulates their spiritual energy in the form of chakra. The chakra emerges from their body and form into animal or human shape-like characteristic. The chakra formed can act as an attack or defense at the User's will. They also have another ability similar, that coats the User in a Spiritual form, making them near immortal.

History: The clan's Head declared it forbidden because the techniques drawbacks shortens the User's life-span, moments of activation. After the clan was wipe out, only one retain this ability.

Note: Idea is Susanoo combined with Dan Technique or Ino's.

This may also work well with Gin-San's idea:

The ability also allows the User to manipulate the spiritual energy of others to bid to their will.

kinjutsu: some crazy telekinetic God-like power...the villain can harm you just by wanting it while looking at you (it's far-fetched I know xd)
KG: a combination of lighting and water...he creates a highly electrified mist that covers a big radius so the villain can be "a shock" for his enemies
