A good night's sleep or breadsticks while watching a Roosterteeth video usually fixes my depression. I'd advise that.

But always remember, it's not the end of the world. It sucks major major balls and time will feel like it's so slow, but you'll live in the end and love the next time you smile and feel better. Look forward to it. Keep it in the back of your head. Things do get better.

The best way to "feel better" is to help others. Put others before yourself and your problems will look more miniscule until they begin to simply fade away. Your perspective is all that needs to change. No need to go all ballistic.
