Can anyone make this pic so it is suitable to use as a avatar~

Currently when I try to use it as an avatar it is small and quite fuzzy.
If anyone can make so It will look good I will be forever grateful and +rep you.

That's because it pretty much is an avatarish thing already. That isn't a base image, try and find the base image, because that has been worked on a ton, and it won't be possible to undo a crapload of that stuff on it.
