Drawing something by looking at it, of course it wouldn't be similar! Especially for a beginner like me! :| I didn't bother correcting the errors (like the teeth for example) since this was me trying out something new xd As for the shading, I am a complete fail at it U_UI won't be rude (at least trying...), but if you draw from a pic try to follow exactly the pic. I mean change the wrong parts until they resemble on the pic or you can't draw in better shape. avoid shadings until you can draw a pic good enough.
btw: good starting.

that's why I said correct your mistakes while you draw. when I started to draw again I did the same. I had to draw 1 mouth almost 10 times in a line...I did the teeth in a hurry xd I didn't want to go too much into detail
