* Description:The user gathers chakra within their arm as it begins to spark with electricity. The user thrusts their arm forward sending forth a chain made of lightning that wraps around the opponent, shocking them while it is around them.(Lasts two turns and paralzes the opponent for one turn after this jutsu wears off)
-note that you can't stop this attack since, as stated in my bio, i have perfect chakra control and i do this immediately-
i hold you by the chain tightly and unable to move since this is paralyzing and i move my katana to your neck.
