• Descripton:Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent tempoaraly aslong as the opponent is in the mist.
• Note:Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

first do the hidden mist jutsu and concentrate your in the water partical in the mist to reflect the runs rays inside the mist, to blind the opponent
