first u must on water
*walks in top of the river*
slam hands together and place hand on the water
like puppet controlin, create chakra strings tru the tip of the fingers (includin the timb)
and then create 5 water sharks... each shark in by a fingure...
note once u remove your hand from the water the jutsu cancels
