B rank water beats an A and S rank fire jutsu.

In the naruto universe and with the rules establish here it does...But that's where it become special, where's the damn limit? When we encounter a problem like this do we base our answer on our real world or on the naruto world?

In real life fire would get extinguish, and in the naruto and battle rule , fire would win...

I'm leiniant on that because, yes it is a B-rank, but this is considering the fact that it's purpose is not meant for attacking, but filling up an entire battlefield. Also, if he used it against fire, water beats fire + the defensive end of it would double its use.

The reason as to this is because the technique is ranked so according to use. THe use is only going to be once usually and the purpose is to provide a huge water source. It's kind of like having a very powerful flame that is small and does 80 damage when it comes into contact, but having a huge mass of water cover it and it's not meant to attack, but either counter or just as a supplement. You also have to take into consideration--size and area accordingly. Now, I kind of side with Grimmjow on this, but I think that it's only fair (according to the rules) that the defense fails and your attacks hit. U_U
