Thank you. Also can I make a biography immediately after I reached 50 posts? Or do I need permission??

You need to become a genin (50 posts) to create your first bio, this bio can be a custom character which means he is not affiliated with the Naruto Anime/Manga eg. Goku or Ichigo but bear in mind you need to ask the owner of the bio if any to give you permission to make it. You can also make simple canon bios like Konohamaru or Asuma, if you wish to see the extensive list of the characters' and abilities restrictions refer to the third link below.
