Ragna activated his sensory ability. Ragna then performed a summoning ritual and slammed his hands against the surface of the water. Several different shuriken, kunais, and swords appeared 10m above Whis. In the same tf(Jutsu description) Ragna then multiplied the different assortment of items into a seemingly infinite amount of weapons that would crash down on Whis and send him below the depths of the ocean should he not counter. "This could go a whole lot easier if you just die now."

Description:
All Konoha ninjas sign a contract which links them to a secret bunker inside the village. In this bunker, hundred of thousands of different weapons exist, from basic ones, to more elaborate ones, making the whole of the villages arsenal and armory. With a simple chakra cost and using the basic summoning method (blood + handseals + slam hand on air/surface) the user can call forth any number of these weapons to aid and use in battle. If he wishes, he can summon them anywhere around him up to mid range, which can result in damage if used correctly. However, as they are summoned they carry little to no momentum thus the damage is only possible if the user summons the weapons above his opponent which will enable them to fall under the effects of gravity and thus do damage (summoning a large amount of weapons more than 10 meters above the target will induce the mentioned damage). The technique can be used in tandem and in a fast sequence with the (Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu, which doubles its damage and its lethality by multiplying the number of weapons almost to infinity. The list of weapons one can summon encompass any basic weapon known to exist in the ninja world though the most common variations are: Shurikens, Kunais, Knifes, Needles, Swords, Axes, Spears, Staffs, Shields, Bows, Nun-chucks, etc. The user can summon from each type specific weapons, like summoning a windmill shuriken instead of a normal one or a broad sword instead of a katana or a ninjato.

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

As his opponent slams his hands on the water, he activates his doujutsu. He can see all 360 degrees but the main reason he activated his doujutsu was the sound he heard above. Sounded like a summon and metal. He uses his ability to see far and look up in the air without moving his head up. There were weapons raining down quickly from gravity.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

While moving forward he thrust his right palm forward releasing something like a gust of wind but really its chakra. He doesn't continue moving forward but moves around his opponent keeping 4 meters from his opponent.
He didn't want to over estimate his opponent so he wanted to test the water with this opponent.

As Whis blasted forward Ragna could see the veins protruding from his white eyes. It seemed like the byakugan. This would most likely neutralize his own smoke abilities/strategy for the most part. For an odd reason Whis stopped and unleashed a basic strike that Ragna saw and sensed. It wasn't the strongest technique in the world. Ragna was slightly offended. Let out a great DBZ like scream. xD and then unsheathed his two blades. He attacked with three alternating slashes as he expelled 3 similar red chakra waves. This wasn't his best or most creative move, but it would give him the hint to up the difficulty level just a bit. He would then run forward as well to see how good these Hyuga's really were in close range.

As Zack moved toward him Ragna sheathed his swords and begin rotating on an axis (like a 30 degree angle counter clockwise in my point of view), as if mocking the Hyugas trademark rotation, and fire chakra into his finger tips. He would then release a pressurized flame in the full range of 5 meters from his hands that would be capable of cutting through steel. Coupled with Ragna's rotation the only thing left of the Hyuga would be burnt sushi. "You're a fast little booger, I'll have to deal with you Taylor Swiftly. xD"

Description: An alternative fire release where the user kneads fire chakra into some or all of his ten fingers. He then releases pressurized fire from the tip of the fingers. The flame has a 5m reach. This is released similarly to the way oxy-acetylene flame is released from a gas welding machine nozzle. The length of the fire can be reduced and increased at will while similarly to pressurised flame, it can cut through something as hard as steel. However elemental weakness is still valid for this.

Whis moves forward and notices a barrier type of fire coming from his opponent. His eyes notices the chakra build up in the fingers before the attack was coming. He didn't know the technique but could tell the nature from the characteristics of the chakra that it had to be fire.
While moving forward his smirk continues and rotates his body while still moving forward. His rotation is much more bigger and powerful then his opponent rotation. Plus with him moving forward the rotation would hit his opponent also. The rotation is higher advance chakra level and is equal to S rank elemental attack. So this would protect against the A rank fire attack and continue as an A rank rotation hitting the opponent with blunt force damage.
