Hell City
In the middle of japan, there exists a small not well known city to most of those who inhabit the country.The city is not normal at all.. Those who inhabit it all appear to be human, but possess powers that greatly surpass human standards. They have even been referred to by locals as demons.
So the town has been appropriately named 'Hell City'.
However, despite the claims, the creatures of the supposedly haunted city have no interest in humans, rather interest in eachother. The city's history dates back to even the 16th century, and the creatures have been inhabiting the area for even longer.
Even since they have been living together so long, they have been at somewhat of a.. standstill. An eternal feud. The creatures have been split into factions and are constantly fighting for turf and dominance over the other..
Races:
Humans: Not much inhabit the city due to the mythical creatures. Average intelligence is mid, strength level is low.
Vampire: A majority of the city is inhabited by this race. They are physically immortal and have the ability to suck blood and turn into bats at will. Average intelligence is genius level, strength level is mid-high.
Demon: Another majority is inhabited by this race. Another group who is physically immortal, but they have differing appearances AND abilities. Average intelligence is high, strength level varies.
Wizard: The last high majority is composed of this race. While these do not appear to age, they aren't physically immortal and grow sick and inhabit diseases over time. They have differing appearances as well, but use magic in combat. Average intelligence is mid, strength level is high.
Orc: A portion of the town is inhabited by this race. They are big brutes with one eye, and have no reasoning whatsoever. The intelligence for all is fairly low while the strength level is high.
Werewolf: A portion of the town is inhabited by this race. They have the ability to turn into a man-wolf hybrid and sometimes, a full wolf. They have the instincts, nose and eyesight of a wolf and possess claws that are able to slash through the thickest of defenses, and have an endless rivalry with the vampires. Intelligence level is mid, while their strength level is mid-high.
Witch: The antithesis to wizard, composed of all females. They are wizards that have taken in darkness over time, and therefore have the access to black magic. Strength level is high while their intelligence is also quite high.

Areas:
Dead man's high school: This is the main area of the city as it is also the hugest place in the city. It is a high school where all of the creatures go to.
1,000,000 Bone Forest: Outside of the city, a forest that is filled with bones and stained with blood and the smell of decomposing bodies. This is where the orcs, werewolves and demons live.
Castle Doom: Another large place in the city, this is a mansion (called a castle) that is set up like a high-class family house in the late eighteenth century, but is known because it is the place where the vampires reside.
Area 7664206: An area that is almost empty, with beat down and gloomy houses. Where the witches reside.
Area 314: A larger area full of mostly apartments and newly built houses. It seems to be governed by the higher-up wizards and thus is where the wizards live. The only humans remaining in the city also reside here.
