Looks: Heihachi appears as an aged man with impressive muscular stature, weighting around 80kg. He has long white balding hair that spikes upward, features thick eyebrows and facial hair. His skin is covered in scars to demonstrate the battles he has been through. His primary attire consists a stylized blue hakama with gold markings and a shirt tied around his waist. Many of his appearances feature him wearing a sleeveless black gi with a tiger head sewn in and geta which is used here as his secondary costume.
Personality: At times, his actions are cold-hearted and sometimes, they are inspirational (he has survived every attempt on his life thus far from pure willpower). In general, Heihachi is not above betrayal, deceit, or committing small crimes in pursuit of what he perceives as a "greater good". Blood relation means nothing to him. Once he believes that you are a threat, he will eliminate you without any hesitation.
Heihachi is basically the epitome of a self-made man. He believes in complete self-reliance and in being the best in every endeavor. The only charity he will give or alliance he will accept is when it benefits himself. Occasionally, he will reward people that he deems as extraordinary.

Background Info.
History: Heihachi was born on the 3rd generation of the infamous Kaguya Clan, son of Jinpachi Mishima, one of the strongest Kaguyas ever to live. At that time, most people of his clan had the ability to control their KG and they were peaceful, though it was already one of the most feared clans.
Everything was peacefull, except when the Great Shinobi World War started. The Kaguyas were the strongest among Mist Village people so they were called to war, they refused to attack other countries because they found no meaning on it. Through negotiations, the Mizukage and the Kaguyas agreed on that the Kaguyas would only defend Kirigakure, and they wouldn't be obligated to invade other countries. The Mist Village had one of the most powerful armies at that time but they ended up failing two attacks, one against Iwagakure and the other against Kumogakure. Although Kirigakure's attacks failed, it's defences didn't. The Kaguyas defeat every single person that tried to enter in the Mist Village, making this, the one with less damage taken.
The war ended and most Hidden Villages were destroyed. Konoha was the victorious village, with the Mist, being the village with less damage received. With this, the Kaguya Clan turned over-confident. This, with the long war period lived by all the clansmen, they ended up adopting a barbaric behaviour and a lust for blood, fighting only by pleasure.
Heihachi stood out as one of the greatest fighters of the clan, however, with his father killed in battle, he decided to get stronger and went on a journey, visiting the other Hidden Villages in order to fight against stronger people and to receive more training. He stayed more time in the Rain Village in particular. He joined the military force of the Rain and did multiple missions, except when he was ordered to kill the Mizukage. Heihachi didn't want conflicts between the Mist and Kaguyas so he had to leave the Rain. Because of that, Heihachi is now wanted for betrayal.
After escaping from the Rain Village, he met Goro Kaguya in Kusagakure, a brave Kaguya warrior whom he heard of in the past. Heihachi joined Kusa under the wings of Goro and did multiple missions to help the village. Kusa started a conflict with Amegakure, at that time, with Kirabi as the leader. A war begun and the Hidden Grass emerged victorious, when finally Goro won against Kirabi. During the stay in Kusa, Heihachi met an ex-member of the Hidden Mist's Special Ops, who trained Heihachi on the arts of assassination. Originating from the Mist, Heihachi wanted to master the arts of assassination and after a few years, he mastered those arts, which became much more efficient thanks to his KG. When Heihachi uses Hidden Mist jutsu, he just needs to hear the opponent to know what he's doing and to know his location, then, he strikes and the opponent falls without his head on the ground.
Heihachi's was well known for his assassination skills and his fame quickly spread. The Mist made a pact with him, where he would have to do all the high ranked missions he was assigned to for multiple years and in exchange, he wouldn't be chased down for leaving the village for so long. He agreed and left Kusagakure to go back to his clan, now, much more barbaric than it ever was.
Upon being constantly summoned to do missions for his Village and not receiving the credit he felt he deserved, Heihachi rebelled against his own village and with a few clansmen, he planned a coup d'etat against the Mizukage. Using his own clansmen as bait, he used them as a distracting to keep the 7 Swordsmen of the Mist temporarily occupied so he could reach the Mizukage faster and more easily. Using his assassination skills, he took out the ANBU squad protecting the Mizukage and confronted him directly, starting a battle with him. Taking advantage of the Kaguyas regenerative abilities, Heihachi performed an all out attack so even if he received some damaged, he would still recover. He ended up fatally injuring the Mizukage, who wasn't able to resist the wounds and died. Hearing of this, the 7SM, also being used to violence, strangely liked Heihachi's act of courage, giving him protection for the next few days until he recovered.
The elders of the Hidden Mist, advised by the 7SM elected Heihachi as the Mizukage, since he was stronger than the previous Mizukage and was capable of standing for his village. Heihachi quickly made some changes around the village. First, was allowing new people who were missing from their previous Villages to join, such as Liliana, Demosthenes, The Doctor, Dei Dei along with a few others. The second thing he did was to organize a tournament where multiple people would fight against each other until only one of them remained to strengthen the military force of Kirigakure.
Other
Earth Release
- Trained by Goro Kaguya, student of the Earth Sage, Bishamon, Heihachi developed great skill with the earth element, being his elemental affinity and favourite element. He developed the skill to perform even the most complex earth jutsus with a single hand seal.
Dead Bone Pulse
- Also trained on the arts of the Dead Bone Pulse by Goro Kaguya, he developed great expertise with it. He focused more on the regenerative ability of his KG, having an increased and more intense rate of regeneration than other Kaguyas. Though this also applies to deep cuts, he, of course, cannot regenerate any lost limb or damaged organ.
Taijutsu Mastery
- Having mastered the arts of Taijutsu, complemented by his own KG and Kaito's Taijutsu, he attained the status of Taijutsu Master. This also allowed him to create some of his own techniques, one of them being (Tekkai) - Iron Mass [Located above under the Custom Jutsu section], which, due to his taijutsu mastery as well as great endurance, is able to keep it activate it at all times since the beggining of each battle.
Fuuinjutsu Mastery
- One of his main interests, along with close combat, is Fuuinjutsu. He mastered these arts and placed some Sealing tattoos on his body, to help him on combat, a few of them being on his wrists and arms, mainly with weapons sealed on them to help him during a close range combat, like Takamagahara. He even developed a few techniques of his own, including (Bukiomori) - Weapon Weight Release [Located above under the Custom Jutsu section]. He has seals of this technique on Takamagahara (his Custom Weapon) and one of his katanas.
Equipment
- He always carries two katanas which hang on his waist, directly in front of him and other ninja tools like kunais, shurikens, wires, explosive tags, flash bangs and smoke bombs.
