Looks: Hei seems to me a young man, with black hair and dark blue eyes. When off duty, Hei can be seen in the casual attire. When operating on Missions, however, Hei wears a black trench coat with green trim. under the coat is a standard Anbu Uniform, full of supplies. To complete his look, he also wears a white mask that cover his face. The mask has a purple "bolt" that crosses his right eye and a plain look to it. Under the coat is an array of weapons ranging from needles to combat knives and wires. Hei also has an Old Konoha Jounin Uniform that is grey in color. he has kept this as an momentum of his Clan that was once a great name of the village.
Personality: Hei, is an unexpectedly softhearted, kindly individual who is quick to give compliments but loath to accept them. He appears to care very little for his own well-being, much less his dignity, and is therefore often put in situations that give him the impression of being goofy or eccentric. He is Slow to anger and apparently a bit of a pacifist, Hei would much rather talk out disputes than fight, frequently doing so even while he himself is under vicious attack. Chief among his personality traits appears to be his hopeless romanticism, given his propensity for spouting sappy lines about his love for an unknown women, his readiness to weep openly over her and his charming treatment of women in general. Hei lacks the ambition of others, clearly content to take his time dealing with things that do not demand urgency.

Background Info.
History: As a Child Hei grow up as a fisherman's son. knowing nothing about Ninjutsu or the ways of a shinobi. Hei was seen as nothing special until his 5 birthday when pirates attacked. They laid wasted to the land and fishing villages for 3 days until the Uzumaki Shinobi arrived to fight them off. After the attack he found grate respect for Shinobi and decided to join the Ninja ranks. Several years passed and Hei found himself to be a full fledged Ninja of the Uzumaki Clan. After fighting many battles and defending his land Hei was called upon a mission to the mainland. Hei along with the love of his life "Mizki" where accompanied with 5 other Uzumaki officials. They met with the Senju Clan leaders Hashirama and Tobirama and the Uchiha Clan leader Madara. with the approval of the Uzumaki Clan they helped form the first Ninja Village Konohagakure. Upon relocating Hei and Mizki settled down and had 3 kids. Maru, Hei jr. and Saku. Upon Madara's defection from the village all three kids and Mizki where killed. this lead Hei into an Deep disrepair.
Upon the Death of his family. Hei studied the art of Kinjutsu, looking for ways to bring his family back from the netherworld. Hei has become so Skilled in forbidden techniques that it caught the attraction of the now 2nd Hokage Tobirama. Tobirama worked on a Jutsu that would bring the loved ones back from the dead. however upon the final steps Tobirama revised the Jutsu and decided not to share it's completion with Hei as the risk of the Jutsu is to much. Hei, after finding out the completion of the Kinjutsu was enraged that it was hidden from him. this lead him to attack Tobirama. after a long fight that stretched from Konoha to the coastline hei was left half way alive floating out to see.
Hei found himself washed up on an unknown island where he was greeted by a Giant Serpent, larger then anything he has seen before. after befriending the beast Hei trained in the uses of water element in order to over power the man that he blames for not being able to bring back his family. Years and Hei aged. Hearing the news of Tobirama's death and the death lead hei to the understanding that he will never learn the way to bring back his family. Hei now in his old age returned to Konohagakure where he visited the graves of his family and the 2nd Hokage Tobirama often. One night, upon entering the graveyard Hei noticed a young man with pail skin recovering the remains of the 2nd hokage Hei fallowed the man and watched as he sacrificed a man's life as he converted him into Tobirama himself. No knowing the final pieces to the Kinjutsu, Hei could bring back the ones he loves.
It's unknown if Hei ever used the Kinjutsu on his family, but what is known is that Hei is believed to still be alive and staying somewhere inside the land of lightning.
