Sasuke hadn't shown Hawk summons until he transitioned from a Snake to a Hawk. Saying he could summon a Hawk when he was a Snake wouldn't be true.

That doesn't prove he can it for flight or control the sand in the way Gaara does. Sasuke only changed the name of his team. It had nothing to do with his abilties as you see he still summoned a snake in war when he needed it.

... The scans, as well Databook say Sasori can control the Iron Sand in anyway he wants. I'm simply saying Sasuke learned the Hawk summoning when he transitioned from a Snake to a Hawk. Hence why Kishimoto felt the need to include a Hawk in the Sasuke vs Danzo fight.

I'm sure that might be what it says but going by Sasoris fighting style that not how he seems to handle his opponents.

The chakra link is completely separated from the heart. The only thing the heart does it gives the commandments to active the chakra link given inside a human puppet.

Sasori's body is as complex as Kakuzu's, which Kakashi's Sharingan also failed to comprehend his anatomy. It would be no different.

his react speed should be able to deal with the fodder puppets, his cs2 wings should be able to block off the flames and use that chidori sword combo to charge at sasori at fast speed. idk

Orochimaru made Sasuke immune to a plethora of poisons, but due to having no knowledge of which ones, we cannot deduce rather Sasuke is immune to Sasori's version.

If they're in a cave that's worse for Sasuke, seeing as Sasori's arsenal can be AoE devastating. Sasuke can glide, but he cannot fly.

Good point but that wouldn't stop the sharingan from observing his actions. Sasori can be dangerous if he moves his heart around before Sasuke can make the final blow but Sasuke can watch where it goes.
