gaara lost to deidara , and deidara held back against gaara as you have to capture them alive , while he went all out against sasuke and sasuke still won . If hebi sasuke was the one defending the village against pein , pein would never of been able to destroy the village like how tsunade gave pein enough time to do his almighty push technique . Although hebi sasuke may win high diff if it was the same situation as tsunade and naruto had against pein , he would of won as you still have supporting ninjas like kakashi there. Hebi sasuke is just alot better than mei , her attacks wont be able to land against sasuke and his lighting justu are a more powerful arsenal than anything mei has and hebi sasuke was fast . also under sasuke the water village wouldnt of been so weak and akatsuki wouldnt of been able to pull the strings .
