Hebi Sasuke was going up against shinobis like Deidara,Itachi etc who are all far stronger than Tsunade, and are a lot faster. So obviously, it's harder to actually blitz such shinobis. Hell, Deidara said Sasuke's movements "were too fast"(and he's faster than Tsunade), and Sasuke would have beaten him early on via speed if not for Tobi. As for genjutsu, Sasuke resisted orochimaru's body transfer technique, fought Itachi evenly in a 3T genjutsu fight(not including Tsukuyomi). Deidara(who trained to see through the sharingan) broke through it. Again,Sasuke blitzes Tsunade and carves her up with his chidori katana.

If Tsunade comes in close for her usual punch, Chidori Nagashi paralyzes her and Sasuke chops her up with his Chidori Katana. His wing let him survive Deidara's C2 bomb with minimal damage to his actual body. Both wings let him take Tsunade's punches with little damage to his actual body, allowing him to counter with something like snakes to bind her and then Chidori Katana to cut her apart. He doesn't even need to blitz her.

Sasuke stomps Tsunade. I'd like to actually see a good argument for Tsunade, but I highly doubt that it'll happen.

Might actually be they're case, all they are doing is pulling a illusion as if they're actually winning.
It's basic without kirin they know of no way for Sasuke to win and by such they just do this.
