Far superior speed coupled with Sharingan precognition. Throw in genjutsu and far superior versatility and fighting skill, Tsunade gets bisected with Chidori Eisou or Chidori'd in the face.

No it doesn't! The databook shows the person's skill at the time of writing. Tsunade has had no time to improve those stats, since she has spent her time in a coma, and then fighting against Madara. She has nothing for me to suggest that she's above 3.5 in speed. Now, there's other factor not counted in the databook: It only looks at movement speed, NOT shunshin.(as that requires chakra). Sasuke has shown far better Shunshin speed than tsunade, so the speed differential is even bigger.(not to mention sharingan precog) Sorry, Sasuke blitzes and uses his chidori sharp spear/katana to slice and dice her. Genjutsu can be used too.

It doesn't include stuff like sage mode, the gates, curse mark, sharingan precognition etc Plus some of the categories(like "intelligence") have little to no relevance to the outcome on the battle. Sasuke wins by feats shown in the manga, as he's the better combatant.
