Did Obito even have knowledge? Not only that but he was kind of mindless when he 1st transformed. I'm sure he if Obito knew he wouldn't be tagged.

Sasuke with knowledge would be smart not to try and fight him close quarters. I don't see Tobirama being so fast that Sasuke's sharingan can't keep up with him.
