Well , If Ino was to mind transfer I think Sasuke would intentionally attack Karin because it would affect Ino

Also, I think Sasuke could easily summon Manda to attack them

I think Sasuke would have a much more difficult time to set up kirin without Amaterasu burning the surronding area and trying to hold off four opponents as organized as InoShikaCho and as potent as Asuma. So that take his most powerful attack off the table most likely.

Karin wouldn't last long she'd be the first one they took down.

the only thing Sasuke really has going for him is he can semi fly in Curse Seal 2 and Curse Seal 2 has been seen breaking Shikamaru's shadow jutsu before.

Asuma on the other hand has Katon on possibly Sasuke's level, with Futon to counter his lightning.

After Karin is taken down it just gets worse for Sasuke, when Choji and Shikamaru turn their full attention to Sasuke.

Hebi Sasuke wouldn't attack Karin just to get at her opponent he wasn't corrupt at the point he was still against killing anyone at that point besides Itachi.

Sasuke doesnt need Kirin to win. I dont think you realize what hebi Sasuke got he has alot of Oro techniques and his own.And without info they can only assume Sasuke only knows chidori which put Sasuke at advantage
