Electricity heats the magnetic field passed its curie point, causing the magnetic field to cease. Though in the Naruto world we can't accurately assess what the set curie point for the Iron Sand is, nor how hot lightning chakra is. However, we can infer that Lightning > Magnetism chakra simply based on real world logic, as Kishimoto has implicated such already (i.e. Water > Fire, and Wind > Lightning). |
lol...no don't get me wrong. I meant lightning has magnetizing properties as I think I've read cases where metals that were struck by lightning had to be demagnetized.

Even then, if that were the case, the two magnetic properties would attempt to fight for superiority (Jiton (Earth + Wind) + Raiton). Lightning > Earth, which would cause the magnetic field to cease seeing as Earth, nor Wind alone can genetically makeup Jiton solely. Lightning > Magnetism chakra, this can further be implicated due to Kishimto involving real world logic (e.g. Water > Fire, and Wind > Lightning). Lightning can reach up to temperatures of roughly 30,000 kelvins (53,540 degrees Fahrenheit), while an iron magnet's curie temperature is 1,043 kelvins (1,417 Fahrenheit). |
Shunshin speed and movement speed are not the same. its about to be 2017 and users like yourself still think Itachi/Sasuke etc can spam shunshin. lmao

Base IS attacks aren't touching Sasuke and Sasori air-born is like a bird with one wing PITIFUL and if he goes airborn that makes this easier.
| It makes perfect sense. If you read my discussion with Jinrou you would understand this. Lightning > Magnetic chakra, as the curie temperature for iron sand would be reached causing demagnetization (i.e. causing the iron sand to dissimulate). Chidori Nagashi's chakra not being potent is obviously speculation, though it can inherently be argued that it is when just the simple application sent Naruto & co. flying backwards. |
| It's also possible that Sasuke's katon could demagnetize the Iron Sand, though that's pure speculation on my part, as I've no evidence regarding how hot his fire techniques are. Then again, his katon was capable of causing an atmospheric change, allowing him to generate lightning, so we can actually infer that the fire technique he did use in his battle versus Itachi surpasses that of the Iron Sand's curie point. |
