hmmm interesting, as my name suggests people would think i would say sasori, but i have to say sasori. i doubt he could cut the chakra strings i have never heard of that being done (though i may be wrong) but he was made immune to poison by orochimaru and since his sharingan and fast movements would allow him to dodge alot of the attacks and also find sasori's heart by seeing where the chakra originates...sorry to say v.v the crybaby wins against the badass

Sasuke is immune to most poisons, but not this one. The black sands are a unique poison, the only peaple who could possibly heal you are medical nins at sakura or tsunade's level.
